El Tinao de la Petra

The rural house is located in the town of Fuentidueña del Tajo, in the province of Madrid.

It is a home for 12+4 guests who will be able to enjoy all the comforts inside, and fully equipped rooms.

It is a complex with a red façade that is accessed through the wooden door that welcomes its guests, who can rent it in its entirety or in parts.

This 2-story home presents a series of components inside that give it a welcome comfort, in acentral but quiet environment. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people inside, in a cozy atmosphere.

Inside, the house with the apartment is divided into:

• A kitchen-dining room in an open space in which the main front is occupied by the wooden countertop, under which a set ofappliances are distributed that make the lives of users easier. Right in the back of this room, and located next to the access stairs to the upper floor, is the wooden table with a set of chairs.

• A living room in which several two- and three-seater sofas are distributed, one of them is a sofa bed, which is reinforced by the armchairs; all of this directed towards the area where the television and the wood-burning fireplace are located, which is responsible for, in the cold months of the year, heating this open space that communicates with the kitchen and dining room.

• A spa room which is, clearly, the most valued part of the house since it integrates a jacuzzi inside, a relaxation area with tables and Balinese style seats and, as a complement to favor this moment of relaxation, a set of scented candles that finish creating the atmosphere.

• 5 complete bathrooms, in each of the rooms that are used for guest rest and which, at all times, are complete.

5 double bedrooms that are spread over the 2 floors of the house, integrating comfortable elements and careful decoration that our visitors appreciate. You can add 2 more extra beds and they are as follows:

• 2 double bedrooms in the upper part of the house, in a fairly large area that can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. They are perfectly decorated with cured wood furniture and colors on their walls that combine perfectly.

• 2 bedrooms composed of 2 single beds that are together, decorated with wrought iron headboards and cheerful and elegant duvets that match the color palette used to paint the walls. Replacement bedding is also added.

Outside of the house, the porch is perfectly decorated with garden tables and chairs, to enjoy the good weather and the views of the center of the cobbled terrace, with children's areas with swings and slides for the little ones in the house to also enjoy.

In addition, summer pool in a 500m2 patio to complete a dream getaway with family or friends.

The municipality ofFuentidueña del Tajo, within the Community of Madrid, is the place chosen to build the walls of our rural home.

In an environment in which the presence of historical elements and constructions is very striking. And exploring its extension is very pleasant, allowing tourists, through hiking and mountain routes, to get to know its entire territory.

One of the attractive points is the Tagus River, from which it receives its name since it runs through the entire municipality and leaves, on its banks, vegetation typical of water areas.

As for architecture, the Clock Tower, the Church of San Andrés, the Castle of Doña Urraca or Los Piquillos stand out, the Plaza de la Constitución where you can appreciate the traditional line with emblazoned houses.

The Salobre Fountain or the Iron Bridge are elements worth visiting and very close in a municipality that invites you to walk along the banks of the river and visit some of the cave dwellings.
