Description of El Peral
The rural accommodation is located in the Andalusian province of Seville, in an area where nature accompanies everywhere.
Located within a large estate, this rural house prepared for 4 people, has the necessary amenities to spend a very pleasant stay with family.
The layout of the house is presented in a single floor where there is space for:
The outside, since it has a large plot with natural areas, opens the landscape of the town, at first, by a porch where we have arranged table and chairs exterior.
And in the wider area you can see trees and greenery where you will find the barbecue y areas paraa seat to taste what is cooked and finally a enorme pool with sun terrace which surround several hammocks where you will enjoy the Andalusian sun.

The layout of the house is presented in a single floor where there is space for:
- A room in which a couple of comfortable sofas are distributed around an auxiliary low table. On the front, place to which the chairs are directed, is the fireplace, tucked in a hollow force and covered brick to be one of the main elements of this stay and responsible for creating that warm weather so necessary in winter times. As decorative details have been placed candles and floral centerpieces that combine with the rustic tone of this area is topped by roofs where wooden beams are perfectly visibles.
- In la kitchen, located below the previous space, the walls are blue, except the front where the fires, which has several fun tiles in various colors are located. The layout of the kitchen is elongated, with a countertop in stoneware and, hanging on the walls, several shelves where the products and necessary elements are. It is fully equipped with both appliances and with tableware and linens.
- A bathroom that shares decoration with the kitchen since the same tiles have been arranged in that area and that gives a touch of decorative uniformity throughout the house. It is a complete room, with bathtub and toilets to which, in addition, we have included towel sets for the guests that accompany us in the house.
- Finally, in inland areas there 2 double bedrooms being one of them equipped with a bed with 2 bedside tables and wooden headboard that combines perfectly with the roof material with which they are made the beams. In the other bedroom, on the other hand, there are 2 single beds 90, with bedside tables also and an original forging headboard that makes a nice shape. The sloping ceilings of both rooms and the exposed beams make them two very cozy and beautiful resting areas.
