Description of El Llaurador
An elegant rural accommodation located in a 3-storey house from the XIX century. It is located in Benimeli (Alicante), at the foot of the Sierra de Segaria and has capacity for 8 people. It is a perfect house for both groups of friends and complete families.
The house has a patio whose perimeter is formed by a stone wall. In the yard we have:
Inside the house, on the upper floor we have a sunny terrace, in which there is a covered and glazed jacuzzi so that it can be used at any time of the year. The use is optional, and carries an additional cost for it.
The sleeping rooms consist of 2 double rooms and 2 double rooms with separate beds, one of them in the loft decorated with wooden beams.
It is ideal to go with babies, since in the house we have a crib.
The downstairs is an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The decoration keeps elements of the time such as a cistern that separates the kitchen from the dining room.
From our stone rural house there are magnificent views of the Sierra de Segaria.

Very nice rural house in a small town on the edge of the mountain. The house is Very clean and beautifully decorated. The charm comes from the patio with pool with total privacy and from the two terraces that are facing the mountain.
From the same town, a path leads to a walk through the mountains overlooking the sea and the valley. Not far you can visit caves, wineries ... & I recommend it!
