Description of El Castillo Home
In this duplex you will find the necessary space to take your whole family on vacation to the beach at Mazarrón (Murcia). Located just 5 kilometers from the beach, it can accommodate 6 people. It has the following rooms:
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a private patio on the ground floor, separated from the other homes to ensure privacy and security for guests. This has a large table and 6 plastic chairs so you can spend time outdoors without having to go outside. Some plants in the garden provide shade on the hottest days.
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed. They are located on the top floor of the duplex. All have bedspreads in blue details that evoke the sea, and are satisfactorily furnished with elements made of wood. There are large wardrobes and several bedside tables. In one of the rooms there is a small blue and white desk with a chair. All have a window that includes a balcony with views of the town.
- 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is private and the other is common. The largest features a bathtub covered with a smoked screen in a wide recess. There is bidet and toilet, and under the sink there is a cabinet with a cupboard and a couple of shelves for bathroom items. The small toilet has white tiles on the walls and orange painted details. It has a sink, toilet, and two narrow shelves on either side of the bathroom mirror. In this case you have a shower with a curtain.
- Living-dining room. The dining area consists of a table for 4 people, made of wood like the chairs. There is a glass and wood cupboard in which some glasses and plates are kept, and wooden dressers adorned with some plants. The living room is decorated with pictures in which the beach is drawn. There are two sofas in light blue, with a couple of seats each. In one corner of the room there is a flat screen television on a wooden corner cabinet.
- Kitchen. It is next to the living room. It has white and greenish furniture and a black marble countertop. Above this there is a toaster, coffee maker, and the vitroceramic hobs (4). Under the counter there is a washing machine and the oven, along with many cabinets and drawers for kitchenware and pans. Attached to the opposite wall is a breakfast table that can accommodate 2 or 3 people.
