For those looking to spend a quiet stay, in contact with the environment, and traveling to a very distant past, this rural accommodation is undoubtedly the best possible of the elections.
It is a rural house built on the foundations of an old flour mill that belonged to the town and that dates from XI century, specifically from year 1242.
It is located at banks of the river Arlanza, in the middle of a totally natural spot y isolated from any noise or annoyance, so rest and tranquility are guaranteed. XX
It was reinstated and reconstructed starting from year 1993, using materials completely natural that fit the original building. Thus, collecting sabina wood and adobe from the surrounding area, it was reconstructed little by little until it was inaugurated as a rural inn in the year 1999.
The area belongs to the town of Quintanilla del Agua, a small town in the province of Burgos, although to reach the town will have to travel a few kilometers.
The house offers a total of 9 rooms, double or triple, which are rented individually, where they can stay until 22 people. All rooms have bathroom and heating, thus getting very pleasant and intimate stays.
They exist in the interior other spaces of common use for the guests, as are several sitting areas equipped with fireplace, reading zones, television and internet connection.
The complex is completed with all the outdoor terrain, where enjoy good weather y contact nature. Next to the house there is a roofed area with wood in which there is a barbecue, there are also some tables and chairs next to some springs.
