This rural farmhouse is located in the middle Via de la Plata , a few minutes from a small town in Sevilla called Guadalcanal .
Due to its characteristics and possibilities, this house is considered one of the best in Spain to go with children.
Built on a farm of 4000 square meters , this Andalusian farmhouse invites you to enjoy a few days of relaxation with all kinds of amenities at your disposal.
With a total capacity for 23 people , the house is built in  3 heights. Typical decoration of the area and a great role of wood.  A place made to go with the family, since the farm is designed so that children can enjoy even more than adults. In turn, it is also ideal to go with friends and enjoy a few days in good company.

A large room - dining room , designed so that all tenants can gather there without any problem of space. 3 large armchairs surround a small glass table and are located in front of the fireplace , excellent for warm-up on cold days of the winter. For lovers of cinema or audiovisual entertainment, the space has a flat TV hanging on the wall to be seen from anywhere in the room and the service of Canal + complete, as well as different consoles. 2 wooden tables take place, one of them larger, perfect for family meals, because next to it you can find a large closet that stores the necessary dishes for this type of meetings. The most characteristic component of the dining room is the pool table , a great entertainment to take advantage of among friends. The room is fully illuminated due to its large sliding glass doors, which in addition to letting sunlight through the room, offer stunning views of the outdoor pool and the environment surrounding the farm. / li>

The kitchen , fully equipped, is designed to supply many people without any type of setback. Complete kitchenware at your disposal, in addition to paella and a large capacity American barbecue that includes a lid. If you want to do a small party, the house has a bottle rack and mini-bar ideal for storing refreshments and food.

On the lower floor , suitable for people with reduced mobility , we find 4 of the rooms in the cortijo. One of them is a suite with a double bed and a full bathroom inside. Another room also has a double bed and the rest of the rooms on the ground floor consist of 2 single beds in each of them. Â

In the upper floor , the other rooms are included, one of them is considered suite , due to its size, it is composed of a double bed , interior bathroom and access to the terrace. Another bedroom on the floor is double and has 2 double beds . The remaining rooms on the upper floor consist of a double bed inside. A wardrobe in each of the bedrooms so that guests can keep all your belongings.
In addition we put at your disposal 5 inflatable mattresses . In addition, all bedrooms have mosquito nets and mosquito removal systems .-
4 quarters full bathrooms  and fully equipped . 2 of them are located in each of the suites on both floors and the 2 remaining bathrooms are each on one floor and are shared use for the rest of the rooms.Â
There is still one more floor to come, the basement , one of the most charming rooms in the house because it is intended for total entertainment and fun . Inside there is a ping-pong table and 2 table football , perfect games for competitions with family or friends. In turn, if there are children and lovers of sports on wheels among the guests, a few BMX bicycles are also placed in this room and can be used without any type of additional cost.
