Description of Cortijo Los Bogonales
The beautiful and cozy rural house that we present to you is located in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, in Huelva, specifically in the municipality of Arroyomolinos de León.
It is a large house that is distributed over 2 floors and mezzanine, in which we wanted to enable everything in the most perfect way so that your stay is also perfect.
A rustic decoration in which wood predominates, but which has been able to adapt perfectly to those modern airs. We wanted to give a color note in certain touches of the decoration that bring a lot of joy to the house. Upon entering the house you find a perfectly paved road through which you can enter your car and park it inside the premises. This gives you greater freedom when moving and having it whenever you need it.
On the ground floor of the house, which is perfectly adapted for people with reduced mobility, we have the following rooms:

The house has a exterior with a swimming pool,, very nice with gardens and terraces, as well as porches where we have set up tables and chairs for outdoor meals. You can use the barbecue for a special moment. We leave the firewood and charcoal at your entire disposal.

- A living room, with living room and dining room, and which is integrated into the kitchen. All in one room. The sofas next to the fireplace and the recently expanded living area,, allow you to rest in the heat of the fire. In the dining area, a new table has been added for 11/12 people. The kitchen, for its part, has a large countertop in which you have the appliances fully accessible to prepare your favorite dishes. The cutlery and crockery is placed in the cabinets where there is also the most varied kitchenware.
- A bedroom with a double bed in white tones. The accessories and the rest of the decoration are presented in blue tones and with a certain ethnic air. The ball-shaped lamps stand out on the bedside tables. There is a perfectly equipped bathroom adjacent to this bedroom.
In the mezzanine of the house we have 2 more bedrooms and another independent bathroom:
- The pink bedroom has 2 single beds. With a very romantic air, the headboards are in metallic black tones. The blue bedroom has the same characteristics but varying the tone. Both have sets of sheets and blankets to make you feel comfortably at home. There are also large built-in wardrobes so you have enough space to store all your things.
Finally we have the upper floor, again 2 bedrooms and a service:
- The first of the rooms is a double room. Highlight the beautiful contrast between the white bedding sets and all the dark brown furniture. The other room is special for children. It is the so-called Botijas because there are two large ones of them as decorative elements that attract a lot of attention. An attic bedroom, with 3 beds in salmon tones and where there is also a study area with a small table and chairs and another play area.

Walking through its streets is a true delight since it has everything that is most traditional about a rural environment and will envelop you as soon as you step on its soil for the first time. Come to the hermitage of the Virgen de los Remedios dates back to 1700 and was created on an old building. The modernity of its façade is striking.
One of the first excursions that we suggest, especially if you love hiking, is the Water Mills Route. Getting to know these mills and reaching the streams becomes a wonderful experience. You can reach the Abismo – Morena stream or the Valdelamadera stream. It will undoubtedly be a tour that you will not forget, all full of nature in its most varied presentation. Continuing with the theme of water and excursions, we do not leave out natural phenomena and we recommend the Cuevas del Agua. Discovering this peculiar underground will undoubtedly surprise you.
