We invite you to our charming accommodation, in the heart of the companion of Périgord. It is 10 km from the village of Sarlat.
Here you will live in harmony with the zone, and be part of it in our semi-ecological cottage.
This is a large rural stone house of 80 m2, ready to to accommodate up to 7 people. It is on the ground floor and consists of 2 floors.
Our cottage is located in the middle of a huge wooded park with 24 other rural houses. They form a holiday village which represents a small Périgord.
This village has with all the amenities in summer and winter.

- At its outside , there is a pleasant large space, with a large tree on one side, under this tree you can sit in the shade and read your book quietly.
- A little further forward there is a table fixed to the ground with chairs and a barbecue .
- Inside the house, there is a pleasant living space, spacious and cheerful. He welcomes us to the living room with the warmth of the fireplace. In this corner there is a sofa bed, where our single friend can spend the night.
- A large dining table loads the center of the space, at its side is a small kitchen, charming and fully equipped. Under the washbasin of the latter we find the washing machine for laundry.
- 3 comfortable rooms are at your disposal. The larger keeps a very romantic atmosphere, equipped with a large double bed and bright. Another double bedroom in pastel colors awaits you in a pistachio green atmosphere. And the last bedroom is furnished with 2 wooden bunk beds.
- You will also find 2 comfortable and clean bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Our cottage is located in the middle of a huge wooded park with 24 other rural houses. They form a holiday village which represents a small Périgord.

- A large parking lot , 3 swimming pools of which 1 is covered and with Jacuzzi.
- The covered spaces, like a big local restaurant open every day s, a living room with a TV and a fireplace , and a play area for adults and children.
