Chanín II

This rural house, located in an area llamada Pinilla de los Barruecos, belonging to the province of Burgos occupies a privileged place in full Sierra de la Demanda.

We offer accommodation that is ideal for 10 people y that has another cottage next door, which you can rent together and that is perfect for large groups.

Our house tiene 3 story, and it is fabulous for foodies, and we offer catering y full board, plus gastronomic workshops de different índole.

The 4 bedrooms of the house are distributed on the 3 floors, and have own bathroom and TV.

They are:

• The Bardal, that is in the attic so it is sloping. It has a double bed and welcomes, if needed, 2 extra beds.

• Las Piedras y Era Council, que 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and where there una en one double bed and 2 single beds in otro.

• La Rosca, with double bed.

The living de the house has a fireplace para warm with firewood cold days and a TV with DVD to spend the moments with family or amigos.

The kitchen tiene un wood oven and all appliances necesarios stewing, and there is also a barbecue fuera in the gardens .

It should be noted that the two rural houses integrated in the building share a part of the ground floor, which has these services:

• a games room, with some traditional like the game Frog and more modern football as o the target eléctrica.
• A dining room enorme in which fit all the people of the 2 accommodations.
• Gardens with tables and chairs.
• A small store of products of the earth.

We are in La Sierra de la Demanda, a natural space of great importance in which many species of birds are concentrated, and where you can visit:

• Footprints of dinosaurs or ignitas, since we are in a very important area at historical level. In fact, there are many archaeological sites.

• Churches and monasteries of style both gothic as Romanesque. We highlight the Collegiate Church of San Cosme and San Damián, located near Covarrubias.

• Natural spaces such as X Laguna Negra, dating back to the glacial era.
