Casas Rurales Camino del Castaño

The rural houses are located in the Galaroza area, which belongs to the province of Huelva.

We find them on the farm of Los Alisos, whose location is the center of the Sierra de Aracena Natural Park and Picos de Aroche, located in the western part of Sierra Morena.

One of them is the Casa Gurumelo , with possibility for 8 occupants, since it has:

• 4 double bedrooms with 1.80x 2.00 m beds, (possibility of individual beds too) each with their own bathroom, and a adapted for people with reduced mobility and elderly.

The other house, Chantarela, has 7 places. There are:

• a total of 4 bedrooms very wide and pleasant, 3 with double beds of 1.80 x 2.00m (possibility of individual beds too), and an individual of 1.35. The floor and roof of the rooms is chestnut wood.

Both houses have:

• lounge with fireplace.
• dining room.
• cuisine equipped with dishwasher, 8 fires, furnaces, household and drums.

The style of the two houses is similar, what differentiates them is the ground floor and its distribution. Gurumelo has a wider room and the kitchen is next to the dining room separated by an arc. Chantarela has the kitchen apart, being wider than the previous one, as well as the dining room.

In its outer we find:

• a barbecue porch.
• a fenced pool, with natural water purification system.

The area presents small white peoples disseminated between oak and cork oaks, streams, valleys, forests, in addition to a history, gastronomy and culture of their own.

The houses are close to the picture of luck, where there is the possibility of making a route on horseback. In its surroundings we find some hiking routes.

The farm is characterized by the organic farming, and presents a variety of plant species, some endemic such as cork oaks or wild apple trees. In addition to animals such as salamandra, the mole, or the deer, and passeriform birds (the nightingale, the goal, the reyezuelo, the chochín...).
