Description of Casa Simeón
In the beautiful town of Gaianes, in the north of X1 province of Alicante, we find an accommodation with a decoration that will charm rural lovers.
For those who do not know, the town is located on the slope of the Sierra de Benicadell, located at 80 km from Alicante and less than 100 km from Valencia.
It is an ideal accommodation to enjoy a few days with the family or accompanied by your best friends, having a maximum capacity for 16 guests.
We have a total of 7 rooms, of which there are:
The double rooms are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor, with views towards the Sierra or towards the lagoon of the town. The quadruple, is located on the second floor, under sloping ceilings.

The house is in a very special environment: in the town of Gaines, a town whose origin dates back to the Muslim era where you can combine the natural tourism SXX cultural excursions:
- To enjoy the mountain, you can walk the paths that cross the Sierra de Benicadell. If you ascend to the top, you will see on the way the castle of La Peña, a small fortress of defensive origin.
- If you want to practice ornithological tourism, we recommend you go to the Gaianes lagoon, a beautiful natural lagoon in which you will see a wide variety of species.
