This beautiful rural house with large windows is located in the small town of Rades de Abajo a few minutes by car or public transport from the municipality of Pedraza. This town represents a perfect place for those looking to relax while enjoying the purest nature
Our establishment builds its walls in an old farmland that used to belong to Victorian grandfather, hence his name. It is located in an area called La Fuentecilla, because through this area there are calm springs that supply water to the area. The house has, in fact, its own spring.

The 3 floors of this large house, can accommodate 10 people and are distributed in:
- 4 double attic rooms. 3 of them have double bed large, the other has with 2 single beds unidas. They are comfortable and cozy rooms, with a careful and meticulous decoration, where the smallest detail is treated with care and affection. These rooms have wooden ceilings, side tables, some with X sofa bed. Some are in the attic with ceilings that reach almost to the ground but with skylights that fill each corner with light. Others are suites which have small living rooms next to the large windows that overlook the patio. These windows overlook the inner courtyard of the house so they are quite intimate.
- A lounge large, also very bright. This is a very bright space where you will find: a large sofa, chairs, coffee tables, a chimney very modern, a dining table with chairs, flat screen television, etc. The decoration is sober and elegant.
- Kitchen complete where in addition to all kinds of appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a modern refrigerator) we will also have at our disposal a dining table with chairs. The walls are covered with elegant white tiles and a large window to the outside.
- 5 bathrooms with bidet, WC, shower tray and hair dryer. All these rooms also have toiletries, courtesy of the house.
- In the exterior we have a large interior patio walled with natural grass and a large terrace a which can be accessed through stairs that go from the patio and others that leave directly from the house. In this terrace-porch, we have a picnic area with wooden garden tables and chairs and a large barbecue stone.
