Casa Rural Victoriano

This beautiful rural house with large windows is located in the small town of rades below a few minutes by car or public transport of the municipality of Pedraza. This town represents a perfect place for those who seek to relax while enjoying the purest nature

Our establishment raises its walls in an old farm zone that used to belong to the Victorian grandfather, hence its name. It is located in an area called the Fuentecilla, because in this area they run calm springs that supply water to the area. The house has, in fact, with its own spring.
The 3 floors of this great house, have capacity for 10 people and are distributed in:

• 4 doubles abroadrillated double. 3 of them have a double bed, the other with 2 individual beds. They are comfortable and cozy rooms, with a careful and meticulous decoration, where the slightest detail is treated with care and affection. These rooms have wooden ceilings, auxiliary tables, some with sofa-chama. Some are found in the attic with roofs that reach practically to the ground but with skylights that fill each of the corners with light. Others are suites that have small rooms of being next to the great windows that give the patio. These windows give the inner courtyard of the house so they are quite intimate.

• A lounge, also very bright. This is a very luminous space of great dmencies where we will find: a large sofa, chairs, center tables, a chimnenea very modern, a dining table with chairs, flat screen television, etc. The decoration is sober and elegant.

• cuisine complete where in addition to all types of electodomeres (hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a modern fridge) we will also have available a dining table with chairs. The walls are covered with elegant white tiles and a large window abroad.

• 5 bathrooms with Bidet, WC, showerplace and hair dryer. All these rooms also have cleaning elements, courtesy of the house.

• In the exterior have a great interior patio walled with natural grass and a great terrace which can be accessed through stairs that range from the patio and others that leave directly from the house. In this terrace-porche, we have a pícnic zone don garden wooden tables and chairs and a large barbecue of stone.

rades below is a few 2 kilometers from the medieval villa of Pedraza. In this mythical municipality it is considered one of the best preserved villas in Spain.
For architecture lovers, this place is a mandatory stop that stands out for its blasting houses, for its imposing portico square and for its Romanesque church they also stand out:

• The Puerta de la Villa and Jail Medieva, in these two places we can make guided tours, discovering the medieval history of the town and, therefore, that of Spain.
