Description of Casa Rural Tío Vicente
This spacious rural house is located in the small Leonese town of Abano, very close to the capital of the province. Its location will allow you to be surrounded by a natural landscape of valleys and mountains, which gives this accommodation a touch of charm. It is an old , house that preserves rustic elements, but thanks to its recent remodeling it has more modern elements.
The house consists of a charming entrance hall with stucco walls and some decorative components. The living room, the kitchen and the dining room are united in the same open space, which provides a feeling of spaciousness . The part of the living room has a beautiful stone fireplace, a sofa and 2 blue armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a plasma television and large windows that fill the house with a large amount of light.
In the dining area, there is an oval wooden table with a glass stand with capacity for 6 people. This is located next to the kitchen, although it is separated by a American bar. It consists of wooden furniture with new appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher or ceramic hob. These 3 joined rooms have a wooden ceiling, parquet flooring and a half wall lined with stone.
The accommodation is divided into 3 double rooms. One of them has a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds. All of them have radiators, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Its walls pick up a cream color that combines with the half wall lined with stone.
2 bathrooms are available. One of them has a shower adapted for disabled people and a washbasin with a wooden cabinet. The other has a bathtub with a curtain, a washbasin with a mirror and blue tiles.
