This farmhouse-type property is located in the middle of the Guadalcanal countryside (Seville). At the foot of the Sierra Morena, this place has 7 rooms and capacity for 17 people.

- Superior double room. These are rooms that can hold up to 3 people. They have a double bed, and an extra bed can be installed. The rooms are located in small houses so that they are distributed individually throughout the farm. They have a bedroom with a canopy bed. They always come accompanied by one or two bedside tables with lamps. The walls can be made of carved stone or tile. There is also usually a wooden desk with a chair. They have a private bathroom in which there is a shower with a transparent sliding screen. There is a WC, next to which is a bidet, and a hair dryer available for customer use.
- Double room with private bathroom. They are suites planned for 2 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed that may or may not have a canopy depending on the room. The floor is made of reddish tiles and the walls are carved stone, while the ceiling shows the wooden beams of the construction. They have a private bathroom in which there is a brick cabinet under the sink, with a small curtain. The mirror is rectangular and is accompanied by two light bulbs. There is a bidet and toilet, next to the shower which is accessed by pulling aside a curtain. Outside, it has a private porch and terrace with some garden furniture: a wooden table and several chairs, and a wooden bench.
