This complex of rural houses is located at El Ronquillo, in the province of Sevilla.

Our accommodation is unique in the area because it resides in a private Rural Tourist Complex, so it is a very quiet area perfect for disconnecting.
In Spring-Summer you can enjoy 4 swimming pools (2 for adults and 2 for children) and in Autumn-Winter our houses have a closed wood-burning fireplace, ideal for spending a few days in a cozy atmosphere.
We also have a paddle tennis court for lovers of this sport that is free to use.
What to do in its surroundings?
We are in El Ronquillo, in a very quiet rural environment and at the same time very well connected to Seville capital with a wonderful highway, the A-66, which can be reached in just 30 minutes.
We are between 2 routes, the well-known Silver Route and the well-known Water Route, since we are between 2 large water reservoirs: the Pantano de la Minilla and Los Lagos del Serrano.
In the town there are 6 different approved hiking routes for practicing this sport and there is also a Multi-Adventure Park for children and adults.
5 minutes away we have a farm where we offer different adventure activities such as buggy rentals, electric bicycle rentals and horseback riding.

As for cleaning, all the houses are cleaned and reviewed by our cleaning staff before each Check-in and the vast majority of clients think the opposite of what you say.
Regarding the lifeguard, we are not obliged to have one when complying with the established forum, and in terms of shade, this summer we have installed 4 more umbrellas apart from those that were previously in existence.
