Our accommodation is located inside an impressive estate in the area of El Garrobo- Guilena, that is part of the province of Seville.
It is a completely private space in which you will be able to enjoy spacious exteriors, as well as perfectly equipped interiors so that you feel at home.
Regarding the capacity of the accommodation, it is for a maximum of 16 people who will be able to enjoy, between their complete stays, the following spaces spread over on several floors.

It is a completely private space in which you will be able to enjoy spacious exteriors, as well as perfectly equipped interiors so that you feel at home.
Regarding the capacity of the accommodation, it is for a maximum of 16 people who will be able to enjoy, between their complete stays, the following spaces spread over on several floors.
On the ground floor we have:
- A spacious American kitchen, with a bar with stools that communicates with the living room, and which has inside a set of electrical appliances and elements of the kitchenware esarios.
- A comfortable lounge equipped with a set of armchairs that are oriented towards the front, where the corner wood-burning fireplace is located, next to which is the television. Behind the arch, we have a wooden table so that you can all eat together, surrounded by chairs.
- 3 spacious double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that all of them have a large double bed. In addition, we have a single bed for each space.
- 2 complete bathrooms in which you will find a large shower with its screen and several sets of towels.
The upper floor has:
- A spacious dining room in which we have a wooden table with chairs, next to the armchairs in which there is also a plasma television and the wood-burning fireplace, that will provide warmth.
- A complete kitchen,, equipped in such a way that we have spacious countertops full of cupboards, with the set of electrical appliances and the different elements of kitchenware with which to cook like at home.
- 3 spacious bedrooms, in which the are distributed with enough beds so that up to a maximum of 6 people can sleep on this floor.
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a set of toilets, for which we leave you several sets of towels.
- 2 large terraces from which you will be able to enjoy the best views of the common areas.
A warehouse with several rooms that is divided into:
- A bar area with a bar and stools, where you will be able to enjoy a pleasant aperitif, or a beer from our tap.
- A rest space in which the set of armchairs is located in front of the television, and with a wrought iron fireplace in the corner that provides warmth. Behind the armchairs we have a dining table with chairs.
- A leisure area where we have games such as billiards or dartboard, among others.
Outside, the house consists of:
- A country kitchen area in which the barbecue is located and also a wood-fired oven.
- A large garden space in which the hammocks are located.
- A spectacular pool that opens from June until September, so you can enjoy a pleasant bath.
- Some sports areas so that our guests can play a game, and ample parking space.

We are a family that has been renting this accommodation for a year, this house has always been our place for recreation and vacations, we currently rent it to help our parents with their day-to-day expenses.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our house is not the typical accommodation built to be another vacation spot. It is a special place where you can rest (being in the northern mountains of Seville) but being only 25 minutes from Seville on the Extremadura highway.
It is a place where you can spend the summer thanks to its green areas and swimming pool, but it is also a place to spend winter seasons or meet friends to live together and enjoy your barbecue house or your cellar with billiards, fireplace or electronic dartboard.

Everything is very good, the only drawback is that the communication between the ground floor and the first floor is done through the outside of the building. Both floors are independent but when the same family occupies both, having to go outside for breakfast and dinner is a bit of a nuisance. For the all very good.
