Casa Rural La Modista

We are in theTormes Valley, specifically in El Barco de Ávila, a beautiful town in Avila where, in addition to being able to taste its famous beans, you can get to know its extensive historical heritage.

In the center of the municipality is where you will find our fantastic rural house for two people, which could be the perfect corner for a romantic getaway with which to surprise your partner.

The house is a cozy space that combines a certain rustic air with modern elements, forming an environment where comfort is the main factor.

Its interior is divided into two floors:

• Ground Floor

This space is openand is divided into rooms. The living room, as we enter on the left, has an original sofa, very comfortable, in front of a beautiful wooden piece of furniture that holds the television, while, right next to it, we will find the dining table.

The next room is the kitchen, with an L-shaped countertop, which is equipped with all the appliances so you can cook comfortably.

• Upper Floor

From the ground floor, we access through the wooden stairs to what is the rest area, a spacious room that not only has a double bed, but also a relaxing jacuzzi with chromotherapy, to enjoy a relaxing bath as a couple.

Thebathroom, also included on this floor, is an independent space, which has an Italian shower tray, and which includes a set of towels.

Pets are not allowed.

the ship of Ávila is located in the border area with other provinces, in the Valle del Tormes, a space belonging to the Sierra de Gredos.

Your heritage dates back to the medieval era, and is very wide. Much of the urban center is artistic historical set, and if we have to stay with the most outstanding monuments, these are some that we include in our list:

• Church of the Assumption of Our Lady, whose origin is dated in the twelfth century, although later suffered a series of reforms.

• Castillo de Valdecorneja, which by its location, in the highest point in the valley, has impressive views, erecting in the twelfth century this fortification as a defense.

• the wall, which we cannot ignore, since it is still standing part of the remains that surrounded the old town.
