Our accommodation is located in the surroundings of the Sierra de Gredos, in the town of Villarejo, belonging to San Juan del Molinillo, province of Ávila.
It is far enough away to enjoy the silence and calm and at the same time, just 15 minutes from the busiest areas.
It is a magnificent home, spacious, decorated with a rusticity that is breathed, without forgetting at any time, the comforts typical of the best home.
It is divided into 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a total of 120 square meters, for a maximum of 8 people.

It is a magnificent home, spacious, decorated with a rusticity that is breathed, without forgetting at any time, the comforts typical of the best home.

The ground floor has:
- A diaphanous area in which, at first we have a very large kitchen/dining room, about 40 square meters. On the one hand, it has a work area that is structured by means of a worktop, under which the furniture containing the elements of the kitchenware is distributed, and among these, the electrical appliances. In addition, it will be very pleasant to cook here since it has a large window from which to observe the exteriors and the Sierra de Gredos. The dining area is next to the wood-burning fireplace, and another set of wooden table with comfortable sofas for 8 seats.

- A garden area, with a beautiful gazebo with a wooden and glass roof and cypress wood floors, with magnificent views, fully equipped with functional furniture so that you can comfortably enjoy the good weather and the tranquility that the natural areas that surround us.
- A covered area where you can cook on its barbecue or, in its traditional wood-fired oven, firewood and utensils so you don't miss anything.
- Parking area in the same building for 2 vehicles.

The history of this house began 10 years ago when my wife and I decided to move to live in this small village with our two children.
The people submerged us in a deep tranquility; see where our grandparents cultivated the land, is one of those sensations that appease and give this site, a truly special air.

Our house was inaugurated recently, opening its doors to the first visitors in the Holy Week of 2016.
They told us that the orientation and the place are ideal to enjoy nature; a lot of light that goes through its large windows and that are accompanied by the views of our mountains.
In addition, its interiors are prepared to enjoy the area while you have a glass of wine in the heat of the fireplace. An ideal option.
You will find details such as the ceramic switches that will inspire tradition, as they have been recovered and date back more than 100 years. Cast iron radiators, ceramic sinks or wooden ceilings are just some of the details of its decoration.
And finally, its gazebo with barbecue and views of the mountains are a plus in the getaway.

We are in a farm at the entrance of Villarejo, so we do not have to worry about cars, noise, discomfort or let the children run. If we opt for exercise and healthy living environment calls to discover the mountains that surround us with beautiful routes and vistas.
If you are looking for something to drink, we can take a walk to our friend Vicent's Pub, just 800 meters away. There, a good beer, an aperitif and good music are guaranteed. And if you want more atmosphere within a few minutes we have several locations with a lot of holiday atmosphere, Navaluenga, Burgohondo, El Barraco, also Avila 25 minutes and many more.
