Casa rural La Fragua

Fantastic rural house that is located in a small village in the heart of Castilla León, Santa María del Campo. The huge house has a facade of stone and bricks and between its walls can stay a maximum of 14 person s distributed in 7 rooms. In addition to its 3 floors, there is a annex annex that you can use:

On the ground floor:

• The room has orange walls that contrast with white furniture. The sofas are black leather and have orange striped cushions. The flat screen TV is 42 inches and the fireplace es closed for added security.

• The dining room and the kitchen are in the same room. The table has capacity for 17 people to sit at the same time and the kitchen has large white countertops. It has all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances for your greater comfort, such as the dishwasher, washing machine or the microwave. The fridge is large and is designed so that guests do not have space problems.

• The bedroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility. You have a double bed and it is very spacious. It has a own bathroom with its adapted shower also.

On this same ground floor, there is a toilet so you do not need to go up to the top if you do not want.

• The 6 remaining bedrooms are double and are spread over the second and third floors. 4 of them have 2 single beds and the other 2 have double bed. All bedrooms have a plasma television in front of the bed so that the most moviegoers see their favorite movie before bed. Apart from this, there is a bathroom with its shower tray and its towels that belongs to each room. Of course, there are shelves, a closet and heating.

Attached to the house:

• As we have already mentioned, there is a snack shop attached to the house. In this site, there is a table with capacity for 17 people, which together with the kitchen and the roaster will make you spend pleasant moments in this area. It consists of a television and a toilet that complete the picnic.

On the outside of the house there are other alternatives so you do not lack entertainment and fun. There is a garden area where we can place the towel and sunbathe or relax under the umbrella that there is already colo

On the other hand, there is the pool from which we can enjoy all year. It has a cover that keeps warm in winter and retires in summer to enjoy the sun's rays.

And finally, you have at your disposal the private paddle track. If you want to do some physical exercise and enjoy sports in the best company, this is your opportunity. As if that were not enough, from the track there are views of the tower of the Santa María church which is a privilege.

You can do many things in our environment, from gastronomic routes to adventure sports. But you do not have to go far to see spectacular places, because in the surroundings of the house you will find:

• La Church of Santa María is right next to the house. It is the Castilian Gothic temple that you can not miss.

• The palace of the Condestables de Castilla, which is known as house Cord. Today it is a private home, but in its time, Juana I de Castilla stayed there.

• The Hermitage of the Virgin of the Squires is located in the town of squires and dates between 1490 and 1520. Only your church remains standing, but it is a very interesting site to see
