This house is a traditional construction located in Ochando, a small Segovian village with just 10 inhabitants. It is totally built with stone from the area, Valsaín pine wood and old tiles.
The house has total privacy, since the main entrance is inside the stone fenced patio, with capacity for 13 people, and with two floors.

In the exterior , you can enjoy a landscaped patio with a saline chlorination pool, a pleasant porch with a dining area, barbecue and garden furniture Also inside the patio there is a independent studio available to customers with a mezzanine bed, sofa bed, small gym, bathroom with shower, breakfast area with fridge and microwave, heating and fireplace. Here you can go the extra instead of in the house if you wish, consulting with the property. The house has heating in all rooms. There is also internet access and free wifi. The beds are fully dressed and a bath towel and another toilet towel are left for each client.

Sourroundings of Casa Rural La Florentina
Ochando is a village surrounded by fields, pine forests and holm oak forests. Very close to the house there are two natural ponds with swans, geese, wild ducks and many other waterfowl.
It is a perfect place for hiking or cycling routes. It is common to see roe deer, wild boars and many rabbits and hares.
Three kilometers away is Santa María La Real de Nieva, with a wonderful Gothic cloister. The Camino de Santiago de Madrid and the Vía Verde pass through here. There is also a municipal swimming pool surrounded by grass and with a children's area, where you can eat.
In Domingo García, a nearby town, you can see petroglyphs, Paleolithic engravings on the slate. Also near Ochando, in Migueláñez, is the Old Chocolate Factory, now a museum and where they organize different activities.
About 30 kilometers away is Segovia, where, in addition to the aqueduct, you can visit the Alcázar or stroll through the Jewish quarter or the wonderful Fuencisla boulevard; Coca with a Gothic Mudejar castle or Arévalo.
