This rural accommodation is located at the entrance to the small village of Trasahedo del Tozo, in the province of Burgos, a great place to disconnect and feel the life of the village in all its tranquility.
This old house is structured in 3 levels completely renovated with modern comforts and has a total of 270 square meters, thought out in detail for the enjoyment of those who visit it. It can accommodate up to 16 people in 5 rooms, 4 doubles and one quadruple, all with their own bathroom.
The house, which has heating in all rooms, has the following distribution by floors:
This old house is structured in 3 levels completely renovated with modern comforts and has a total of 270 square meters, thought out in detail for the enjoyment of those who visit it. It can accommodate up to 16 people in 5 rooms, 4 doubles and one quadruple, all with their own bathroom.
The house, which has heating in all rooms, has the following distribution by floors:
- On the ground floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and open to the dining room with a very large table with many chairs for meetings around a good lunch or dinner. In the same room, but with a different atmosphere, is the cozy living room with fireplace, flat screen television to watch from the sofas and a table football that will be the star of game nights.
- The second floor houses the rooms in which to rest, making this the quietest floor of the house. In total there are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds, all are exterior and have full private bathroom. Each one of them is decorated with care, creating different environments that adapt to all personalities.
- In the attic another bedroom awaits you, the largest, with a double bed and 2 more single beds. Also with private bathroom for your guests.
- If you need it, we can also provide you with extra beds at an additional cost and, if you are traveling with children, we have at your disposal up to 3 free cots and 2 high chairs.
- The s hall, mansard roof, is also on the upper floor and is more dedicated to your leisure time, as it has television, sofa to watch it or read a book from the library and a collection of super fun games with its own table.
- The outdoor area, for shared use, has barbecue and tables with benches in the style of a picnic area where you can spend great times with some good times in the heat of a barbecue.
