This beautiful rural house is located at Jaramillo de la Fuente, a municipality that is part of the La Demanda region, in the province of Burgos.
The house is of recent construction, but in it we wanted to maintain the essence of the tradition, decorating both its exterior and interior with details of the rural world.
In order to adapt to the needs of different groups, we offer the option of rent the whole house, or one of the 2 accommodations in which it is divided:

- The house I has capacity for 4 people.
- The house II can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
- 5 double rooms, one of them with double bed. Although each one is decorated in a different way, they continue the same line based on warm colors and rustic and practical furniture.
- 2 Living rooms with fireplace, spaces dominated by warm touches and the aroma of home. In them, you will find a leisure space with television and sofas, as well as a dining space with a wooden table.
- 2 Kitchens complete, where you will find appliances such as the washing machine or dishwasher, as well as small appliances such as microwave or toaster.
- 2 Bathrooms, in which you will find complimentary amenities, among which are the soaps or gels, and the towels for the shower.
- Terrace, located on the top floor. A corner where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors contemplating beautiful views of the town.
- Wood barbecue, where to cook with your companions and have a great time.
- Garden furniture, like the classic picnic tables, or the sun loungers.

The first of our houses is on ground floor, and has inside:
- Living-dining room: a homelike space dominated by earth and pastel colors. It has fireplace, in addition to television located in front of the sofa.
- Full kitchen: equipped with both small and large appliances, such as the washing machine or dishwasher.
- 2 Double rooms: both with bed linen and towels for the toilet.
- Bathroom: with courtesy items such as the dryer.

- full bathroom, provided with toiletries such as towels or hair dryer.
