Casa Rural Hormilla

Our establishment is located in the town of Hormilla, in the province of La Rioja. Hornilla is a small town of 200 inhabitants, where a large percentage of the territory is dedicated to farmland, so we will be surrounded by a peaceful and quiet environment.

The rural house can be rented in its entirety or by rooms, having a total capacity for 12 people. It is an old house made of exposed stone that has the following distribution:

• Double room with double bed: It is an ideal room for a couple, as it has adouble bed. It is an elegant room as it has walls inwine tones, of great elegance.

• Double room with 2 twin beds: This room, like the previous one, is perfect for couples, but also for friends as it has 2 single beds. 

• Family room: it is actually 2 rooms connected by a door. The first with a double bed and the other with 2 separate single beds. Both rooms have windows to the outside, the floors are parquet and the walls have bright colors.

• Superior Family Room: these are 2 rooms joined by a small living room with 2 armchairs. The first room isperfect for couples, the other room has 2 single beds.

• Each of the rooms has a private bathroom.

Among the common areas we have:

• A fully equipped kitchen, where we will find aceramic hob and other state-of-the-art appliances, which will make preparing the dishes pleasant.

• A living room with a 2-seater sofa and a wing chair matching the sofa. In the middle of both there is a low wooden emsa.

• A terrace with a picnic area, where you can enjoy the sun on those days when the weather is good. It is an area ofcareful decoration with furniture where you can rest and have pleasant conversations.

Hormilla is located in the province of La Rioja, just 30 minutes from Logroño. It is a country town very close to the Najerilla River, a tributary of the Ebro. In its path it bathes vineyards that are later used for the production of Rioja wines. This wooded area is perfect for hiking, trekking and cycling.

This small town also offers a charming heritage where the Church of San Martín de Tours and the Botanical Garden of La Rioja stand out, where we will discover varieties of flora.

Year after year, various popular festivals are celebrated in honor of virgins and saints, as well as the Trinity Festivals from June 5 to 7 and, every August 26-30, the Thanksgiving Festival.
