Description of Casa Rural Fuentetrigo
Our country house is at Burgos, exactly at Brizuela.
It is a country house, traditional village. In the past, it was used as a farmhouse and owes its name to the peasants' use of it: to bathe after collecting wheat. Later, it was used as a storage place to store items that arrived at the town's train station. Finally, was restored to adapt it as rural accommodation and give it all the comfort that the guests need.
The appearance of the house is classic, it has several floors and a beautiful facade. It is covered with a masonry frieze, while the rest of the walls are painted white. The windows give a special touch, since they are made of wood and are covered by a dark frame, forming a rustic aesthetic and very attractive. In addition, it has about balconies with wide stone balustrades.
In total, the house has capacity for 10 people. These guests will be distributed in 5 double bedrooms, all with a very careful decoration. They also have own bathroom each.
Apart from the rooms, the house has a large common stay, in which guests can meet and enjoy the warmth of our accommodation.
In this living room, the key element is the chimney, placed in a corner and around which all the furniture is articulated. Right on each side, there are some work benches, perfect for reading a good book by the fireplace. If you want something more comfortable, in front there is a beautiful and pleasant wooden rocking chair. For this purpose, we have a nice bookshelf with reading material.
In the other part is the dining area, where there are several tables placed one after the other, to give capacity to all our users. This is where is served from breakfasts to dinners, where we offer a organic kitchen based on the products grown in our land.
The room is also on the other side, with a sofa and television.
Outside, around the house, we have a garden. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the natural environment. We have a porch with garden furniture to gather outdoors, in addition to barbecue. In addition, we have our own garden and fruit trees, of which not only we get performance, but we learn to love nature. We hope our guests get to connect with it in the same way!

Our rural house is located in the district of Las Merindades, in the northern area of Burgos.
