The house was built in 2006 and rented by rooms having a maximum capacity of 10 people although this can increase up to 15 people with extra beds and sofa beds. There is also the option to rent the house in full if you are a group. Regarding your rooms may be:

Hacinas is a municipality of 160 inhabitants that belongs to the District of the Sierra de la Demanda, in the southeast area of Burgos. From the village you can follow numerous routes in a province where you can not miss:
- The Kingdom of Navarre left at the top of the hill one of its legacies: the ruins of a castle that was built around the 10th century.
- Also in the village you can get up close to the Visitor Center of the Fossil Tree since there have been several examples of this type that have been found around the town.
