This comfortable rural house is located in the Avilés municipality of Maello, a local locality of the province Spanish Leonesa de Ávila. 

The municipality is just 23 kilometers from Ávila, 37 kilometers from Segovia, and about 90 kilometers from Madrid, so it is an ideal destination for those you like to travel without wasting too much time on the way.

The building is new construction, but maintains the classic materials of a rural house: while the facade dresses in stone, the roofs do it with wood. 

With a capacity for a maximum 6 people, it is a house of 150 square meters with all kinds of comfort. Let us enter the inner housing:

• lounge: When you enter the house you will find a diaphanous room where the stone wall and an incredible high -rise wooden roof stand out. To a corner of the stay, there is a chimney that provides a home climate. Next, comfortable sofas are located in front of a television of the last model, perfect for cinephiles. 

• kitchen: in the same space as the living room, there is a American style cuisine. This stay will delight the most kitchens of the house, since it is fully equipped with appliances of the latest generation: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher... and a table with matching chairs with capacity for all where they taste succulent plates. 

• 3 double bedrooms: One of the rooms has 2 beds of 90 cm, while the other 2 remaining have a marriage bed each. With bedding and functional furniture, in them there is no lack of anything. In addition, one of the marriage rooms has its own

• bathroom: wood covered, the bathroom has towels, sanitary, sink and a hydromassage bathtub.
