Casa Rural El Arroyo

Located in the town of El Barco, in the town of Ávila, this rural house is perfectly designed for the total comfort of visitors. It is made up of a set of 2 independent houses, each of them perfectly adapted.

Renovated in 2004, all the houses are built with wood and all the noble materials from the area to preserve the traditional and rustic style that characterizes the countryside area. 

With a total capacity for 12 people, each house has enough capacity for a family to share the space peacefully. 

• The dining room is made up of a set of table and chairs to share food with all diners. The decoration is made up of handmade elements such as vases and farm work tools. The lamps are old and are reminiscent of a traditional country house. 

• The fireplace is the main protagonist of the living room, creating a very pleasant atmosphere to share conversation and leisure with the other guests of the accommodation. The armchairs are arranged in front of the television, nestled inside a large wooden piece of furniture.

• The kitchen is quite spacious and is equipped with all the necessary and useful appliances for everyday life such as the washing machine, the microwave or the refrigerator. It also consists of a wooden bar to separate the environments and thus give more space to tourists.

• The rooms are all doubles and are divided into double beds or single beds. The decoration is quite simple and consists of all the necessary elements for optimal rest. In all of them there is a radiator to heat the room in winter. The wardrobes are made of traditional wood, as are the nightstands.

• In the bathroom traditional elements are combined with decoration and wooden furniture, creating a much more intimate and welcoming space. It is composed of sink, bathtub and toilet as well as all the household items and towels essential for personal hygiene.
