Beautiful rural home located inLa Vall de Gallinera, within the province of Alicante.

It is a renovated house and is ideal to enjoy a few days in the countryside and outdoors, relaxation and total disconnection.

When you enter our house you will find a very cozy home that perfectly combines the rural style with the modern, you can see perfectly how the stone walls and wooden ceilings are integrated with the most modern elements.

A hall welcomes you, with cheerful colors that invite you to want to enter and reach:

• The living-dining room, which occupies practically the entire ground floor. With sofas that revolve around the stone fireplace, details such as an old radio can be seen hanging on the wall. A little further away we have a large table to enjoy meals with family or friends.

• A nice open kitchen that joins the living room, this way it will be more practical for you to move around. As we have already said, we wanted to integrate modernity while always respecting the old, what was already in the house. A room equipped to perfection in which you can prepare your favorite plants. This entire part of the house is the common area in which all our guests can be as if it were their home.

• The private corners that are the 5 beautiful bedrooms decorated to perfection and cared for down to the smallest detail. On a plant El Cresol, El Forcat and Les Penyes. On the upper floor, the attic, La Pallissa and La Garrofera. The latter have the peculiarity that they have theirkitchen, living room and private bathroom. They are decorated with wooden furniture, relaxing colors that invite you to rest, sets of sheets and blankets. 

• The bathrooms in 3 of the rooms are also private, with a shower and equipped with towels for all guests. In the other 2 rooms it is shared since it is located on another floor of the house. 

At Ca Ferminet you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest thanks to the beautiful terrace that we have that has a barbecue so you can use it whenever you want.

We are located in a mountain area north of Alicante, in La Vall de Gallinera.

In this area where nature predominates, there is also space for architecture, with the Benirrama Castle which dates back to the Arab period.

In this valley where we are, we will be able to appreciate the remains of one of the most important Islamic forts that we have, it is Benissili and it is right at the highest point. 

If you want a change of registration, we recommend you visit Valenciaand its City of Arts and Sciences. We are leaving the rural environment, but it is worth visiting this entertainment place that attracts attention for its architectural characteristics. Located next to the Turia River, it is, today, one of the most visited places.
