Casa Rural Altaret

Our accommodation is within the calllosa zone d'en sarrià, with unbeatable access, 4km from Altea and the beach. 

It is a modern village, 10,000 square meters of plot and completely surrounded by nature, that our guests will enjoy during their vacations.

As for the capacity of the accommodation, it is a 250 square meter home, designed for a maximum of 12 people, that will be able to enjoy the following rooms:

• A dining room, in which we have a set of armchairs in which to enjoy the best rest days, with firewood fireplace, smarttv, Playstation 4 and variety of board games. 

• 5 double bedrooms, and a small living room with sofa-chamm, all equipped with a couple of individual beds and decorated in a modern and pleasant way so you can rest quietly. They are very bright spaces in which in addition to the bedding and furniture, they have smarttv and wifi, with heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

• 4 bathrooms complete in which you will be able to enjoy all the comforts, as is the case of the thermostatic showers, with several games of towels.

• a very wide dining room for family events, with pellet stove, air conditioning, arcade recreational machine, electronic target, firewood and light, microwave, coffee makers and vitro, with all the necessary household items to pass the stay.

Already in the exterior, we have:

• A porch zone, equipped with a table and its chair set, with football and tennis table.

• parking and guarded.

• box (specific bicycle parking) closed and watched, with loading plugs, workshop and washing area, where we organize specific bicycle routes for all levels.

• A space with barbecue to cook abroad with firewood included, paelleros, etc.

• A modern, wide and private pool, in which to enjoy a dip, with exterior shower and private bathroom next to the Solárium area with lawn and several sun loungers.
