Our spacious traditional-style house is located less than 20 minutes from Pamplona. It is located in the beautiful area of ​​Ulzama Valley. It was built in the 19th century and has recently been rehabilitated, providing it with all the necessities you need to make your vacation perfect.

Divided into 3 floors, in every corner of the house you will find rustic decoration with signs of modernity that make it its own style. All rooms are bright, spacious and very comfortable.

On the ground floor of the accommodation we have the entire leisure area that ranges from a room with a ping pong or foosball table for the older ones in the house, to another area for the fun of the little ones in the house. We have also enabled a toilet and a refrigerator, this way you will not miss anything while you spend entertaining time with your family or friends.

Already on the first floor of the house we can count on the following:

• A kitchen with all the furniture in white and wood tones in which we can see perfectly integrated all the appliances that will allow you to cook and prepare succulent dishes during your stay. The kitchen also has a large table with a bench to eat there.

• The living room is divided into the rest area, where we have a couple of sofas, armchairs and a television with DVD so you can enjoy a movie in front of the large fireplace in the room. The other part has a fairly large table with capacity for all the tenants.

• There are 3 bedrooms on this floor of the house. They all have their own private bathroom as well. The first of them has a double bed while the remaining 2 have single beds. The beds already have beautiful sets of sheets and blankets. You will also find cabinets and tables to place your personal things and in the bathroom you also have built-in towels.

The second floor is attic and has:

• 4 double bedrooms, once again with their own bathroom. Divided into 2 rooms with a double bed and 2 with single beds, all are equipped and ready for rest. In the bathroom you have a hairdryer and towels, as well as all the necessary services.

• There is a living room with sofas and a television as well, which is very useful when there are so many people in the same accommodation. It is decorated in light tones and is perfect for board games and alternative meetings.

Outside the house we will find a large garden that we have prepared with a barbecue and a picnic area with tables and chairs. In addition, there is also a covered terrace on the first floor where you can sit quietly and take in the fresh air.

If you wish, in the town you will find more leisure areas such as a racquetball court and a large children's playground. The Ultzama Valley is made up of several towns with very similar characteristics, surrounded by nature and full of a rural environment very typical of the area. Arraitz is one of them, here we have our house, in an unbeatable setting and in which you will be able to lose yourself in nature in its purest state. 

The Orgi Forest is a large ancient forest inside which you will find examples of oak forests that have occupied the northern area for a long time. It was declared a Natural Recreational Area and inside you will find hiking areas suitable for lovers of nature and this activity. 

Visiting Pamplona can be a very good option since we are just 20 minutes away, so you can take your vehicle and in a moment arrive at the city of San Fermines, walk along its famous Estafeta Street and see important monuments that make this city very beautiful. For example, its famous Citadel, now converted into a park, is a fortress that in the past served to defend the city, hence its characteristic star shape. Monte Ezcaba is also a hallmark of the area since it predominates throughout Pamplona from the north and is quite visible.
