We present this accommodation located in the Navarrese town of Ochagavía, in a quiet area within its urban area with nearby children's play areas and a pleasant walk along the river.

It is a full rental rural house with capacity for seven people that preserves the typical architecture of the area, but has managed to harmoniously include modern comforts.

The house is divided into two floors, distributing its rooms as follows:

• Ground Floor

It consists of a living room with kitchen. The living room area is made up of a large chaise longue sofa in a pleasant turquoise blue along with a television screen.

The kitchen has modern wooden furniture that has all the necessary equipment, such as oven, hob, microwave or dishwasher, and the dining table is placed next to it.

Also here we find a double room with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower that includes a set of towels and a hairdryer.

• First Floor

The three remaining rooms are distributed. One of them is a single bedroom with a single bed, while the other two are doubles, housing a double bed and a pair of beds, respectively. In addition, the latter has access to a beautiful balcony with views to the outside.

The second bathroom is located on this floor, and like the previous one, it is equipped with a shower, a set of towels and a hair dryer.

• Exterior of the house

It consists of a pleasant private garden, with a grass area and a wooden gazebo under which we will find a table with several reclining chairs.

Ochagavía is located in the Merindad de Sangüesa, in the north of the province of Navarra.

It is a small town typical of the Pyrenees area, with cobbled streets and its characteristic medieval bridge, which spans the passage over the Anduña River.

Of its architecture we must highlight its church, the tallest building, with beautiful views over the town, and its typical farmhouses that combine stone and wood.

As a natural environment, very close is the Irati Forest, an extensive beech forest that is spread between Navarra and France, where you can contemplate a magical landscape full of greens and ocher tones.
