Our beautiful country house is located in the zone of Valdés, belonging to Luarca, and in turn, Asturias. This small town does not reach 100 inhabitants, so the house becomes the ideal place of paz and tranquility.

This old house of Indians built in the early s. XX, mixes the old with the modern in an extraordinary way, which has been suitably reformed to offer the necessary comforts today, while maintaining the basic pillars of the past.

It emphasizes its attic with exposed beams of wood in dark tones and its stone walls, in addition to its rustic decoration where we find many objects that used years ago the farmers and carpenters of the zone.

The house is divided into 3 floors in which we find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with towels and 5 bedrooms of which 3 are double and 2 singles.

In addition the house is surrounded by an extensive garden to enjoy the beauty of the green fields of Asturias. It also has a nice roofed porch with a wooden table and benches, as well as a barbecue to prepare a good meal on the grill whenever the weather accompanies.

The accommodation has parking area for visitors.

The town where our rural house is located, is part of the council of Valdés, in the Asturian principality. It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and nature with its green fields, typical Asturian, in a private and intimate environment.

In addition the cottage is located near other places of interest such as the seaside village of Luarca, just 20 minutes by car, and also the beaches such as X beach Cueva (11 minutes by car) or Cadavedo beach (15 minutes).
