This old stone farmhouse is located in the Asturian council of Llanes, specifically in a charming village, next to Pueblo Nuevo.

More than a hundred years old, this traditional Asturian construction has been completely rehabilitated. In the process it was decided to respect the environment and integrate it as a living part of the home. Hence it has a large garden, with plants and outdoor equipment perfect for barbecues. A special place to contemplate from its benches one of the most characteristic elements of the region that gives personality to our accommodation: the hórreo.

At the entrance we are welcomed by a porch with a wicker table and chairs from which to contemplate the surroundings of the house where green meadows predominate. The balcony or corridor decorated with pots that extends along the façade is striking.

Its rooms are distributed between 2 floors:

On the ground floor is the kitchen, with a round dining table and a breakfast bar with stools that separate the room from the living room. The fireplace could not be missing, nor a small corner next to the stairs, perfect for moments of relaxation and reading. Here you can also find a bathroom.

The three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with a double bed, more elegant) and the second bathroom are located on the first floor. Cozy rooms in which wood has been used on the floors and ceilings, as well as in the decoration and furniture. All of them have television and the largest one has a bathroom inside.

For the greater safety of our guests, the rural house has a small first aid kit for emergencies.

In addition, next to the house there will be the stable and the chicken coop and this allows visitors to participate in the work of caring for and maintaining the farm.

This accommodation is located in a natural environment, overlooking the Ardisana Valley which is bathed by the San Miguel River, where trout fishing is possible in season.

If the municipality has maintained something, it is the now renovated cuatreada bowling alley, where you can learn from the veterans one of the traditional games of Asturias.

The location of the house allows tourists to take a complete tour of the coastal and inland areas. The nearest beach is just 5 kilometers away. It is the same distance as the Picos de Europa Natural Park.
