Casa Prieto IV

The Rural House of Casa Prieto IV is located in the small Asturian town of Santa Marina de Quirós. It has been recently remodeled, so that the original rustic touches with the new furniture and the striking colors of the interior rooms intermingle. 

It is great for large groups, both friends and family. And it is that in about 11 people can be lodged, expandable number thanks to the supplementary beds and the cribs we have. 

It consists of 2 plants housing and a 900 m2 terrace. 

It also consists of 6 bedrooms. Of which 5 are double, some with marriage beds and others with individual beds, and 1 for a single person. Most of them, specifically 5, are on the second floor. And only 1 in the first, which has a private bathroom. The other 2 full bathrooms are on the upper floor.

On the first floor are the kitchen, which has dishwasher. And the living room, which is also a dining room and where the fireplace, a flat and DVD television is also rising. 

The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and 2 wooden tables. And in an annex space, next to the river, there are usually dwarf goats. 

Together with rural accommodation we have a private parking zone. As well as we have Wi-Fi and heating. 

In the small town, Cortes, we also have available 3 accommodations. Two of them for 6 people each and the other for 4. 

From Santa Marina de Qu go part what is known as the path of the bear. A natural environment whose name comes precisely from the existence of these animals in the area. But its route is based on the one previously performed a mining railway. 

At the foot of the rural accommodation, the Lindes River passes, which can virtually play from the garden itself. 

There you can also enjoy such traditional dishes as the fabada, the Asturian pot or the horny. And in 1 hour you can introduce yourself in Oviedo.
