Casa Prieto III

The rural accommodation of Casa Prieto III is located in Cortes, a small Asturian town in the council of Quirós. It is a small stone house with red walls on the sides. It was remodeled in 2005, although both inside and outside it retains its original rustic style. 

It has a single floor that can accommodate 2 to 3 people. 

For this it has 1 bedroom with a double bed that is attic by the roof that slopes on both sides of the house. Next to it there is a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and hydromassage system. 

The other two people can stay in the sofa bed in the living room. Where you will also find a fireplace, television, books and documentation on activities to do. 

The kitchen is also located in the same space, which has a ceramic hob, grill microwave and many other appliances. As well as a dining table next to it.

At the entrance of the rural house you will find a spacious terrace with grass where there is a barbecue and stone table. In addition to two small porches next to the facade of the house with benches.

In case you need it, we have 3 other rural houses at your disposal on site, 2 of them for 6 people and another for 11.



 

What draws the most attention in Cortes is its church, in which the only saint who is original to the town itself and to all of Asturias, San Melchor, is venerated.

But in addition to this, you will be able to enjoy the landscapes offered by the Las Ubiñas - La Mesa Natural Park, where this town is located. As well as tasting the typical Asturian gastronomy, such as pot or fabada. 

About 30 kilometers you will find Oviedo and the Prehistory Park, where you can learn and enjoy our ancestors.
