It is a house of 800 meters2, surrounded by a landscaped property that reaches 2,000 m2. From here, you will see sunsets that make you fall in love.

In order to adapt to different types of travelers, we offer the option of renting the entire house or its rooms independently. In total, it has capacity for 32 people.

The interior of the home is characterized by the spaciousness of its rooms and the luminosity that floods its rooms. It is divided between 2 spacious floors, located on the ground floor:

• 3 Bedrooms, in which double beds are combined with single beds. They share a bathroom with shower, as well as a toilet with basic equipment.

• Living room, with white sofas from which to watch a large-inch TV. The dining room space is located next to large windows, taking advantage of the hours of light.

• Kitchen, where you will find a complete set ofappliances: washing machine for clothes, dishwasher so you don't have to wash, electric oven and microwave...everything you have at home, you will find here.

• 3 Exterior Porches: the first is at the main entrance; the second, next to the living-dining room; and, the third, has a direct exit from the kitchen.

• Garage, with a total of 2 spaces for your cars.

Going up to the upper floor you will access:

• 4 Bedrooms, distributed as follows: there is a bedroom with own bathroom and terrace, designed with simplicity and elegance; The remaining 3 share a complete bathroom with a shower and 2 of them have an outdoor terrace.

To fully enjoy the outdoor garden, it is equipped with:

• A pool to take a dip in summer.

• Abarbecue where you can cook your favorite recipes.

• Furniture to rest and enjoy the landscape.

The surroundings of the house are bathed by the Esla River, on whose banks you can enjoy pleasant family walks and bicycle routes adapted to various levels. 

A few meters away you will find a recreational area and a playground where the little ones will have a great time. In addition, we are close to supermarkets for shopping, and restaurants where you can try the local cuisine.

The provincial capital, León, is located just 16 km. Among the must-sees of the city, be sure to visit:

• The Cathedral of Santa María, one of the most iconic Gothic monuments in the country.

• The Basilica of San Isidoro, a monumental complex of Romanesque style.

• The Guzmanes Palace, built in the 16th century.
