Casa Lobega I

The house is located at the foot of the mountains, inSanta María del Cerro in Segovia, right between the Hoces del Riaza and the Hoces del Río Duratón.

The complex consists of 2 houses, one very close to the other, which can be rented together or independently.

The house is made of stone and wood, but it is completely renovated, guaranteeing the comfort of our guests. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a very spacious living room.

The rooms are distributed in 2 doubles and 3 doubles. The double rooms have an antique-style solid wood bed, which matches the entire environment. The beds come perfectly dressed and have a complete set of towels. The chest of drawers and the large night tables are made of dark wood, highly crafted and full of details. On the ceiling you can see the wooden beams that support it, as well as a rustic style lamp full of life. The large windows let in enough light to illuminate the entire space. They also have a spacious wooden closet.

One of the double rooms is attic, so the ceiling is completely made of wood, invading the place with a very particular style. Inside this room there is a rustic table accompanied by some comfortable chairs.

The double rooms have 2 single beds fully dressed and are located in an environment full of rustic wood. On the ceiling you can see the wooden beams that support it. The environment, full of wooden details, includes night tables decorated in an antique style, a series of chairs and a wooden wardrobe with enough space to store the belongings of all guests. The light coming through the large windows illuminates the room effectively. In addition, each guest will have a complete set of towels. One room is equipped for people with reduced mobility.
The bathrooms are fully equipped. They are very spacious and include a bathtub, one or 2 sinks and a large mirror. We also offer the necessary toiletries to make the stay pleasant. Wooden ceiling, vases and small cabinets decorate the bathrooms.

The living room living room measures about 45 square meters and has a table for 10 people as well as a complete set of sofas and armchairs. These pieces of furniture are arranged right in front of the fireplace, equipped to be used without problems. Heating ensures a comfortable stay. Our guests can also enjoy a TV, DVD and a collection of games. The decoration of the space evokes past times, it is full of paintings, motifs and details that adorn it. The entire space is filled with very careful wooden elements.

The kitchen comes fully equipped. It has a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. In addition to the necessary utensils for the use of all our guests. The house also has a front garden and a semi-covered backyard with a barbecue.

The house is located in Santa María del Cerro, in the province of Segovia. The town has about 60 inhabitants. The small town has a very beautiful church of Romanesque origin. Just under an hour by car is the center of Segovia.

The Hoces del Río Duratón are a space where water sports can be practiced easily. Also in winter you can ski at the nearby La Pinilla resort.

Half an hour away is the Villa de Pedraza, a town of about 500 inhabitants where you can visit the Plaza Mayor, the Church of San Juan or the Pedraza Castle. The town of Ayllón is also very close to the house, the town's motto is "Ayllón, History and Art" so it gives an idea of what we can find. There is the La Martina Watch Tower or the old Convent of San Francisco, places that must be visited. Also from the height you can enjoy wonderful views.
