Casa La Torre Torremanzanas

The rural house is of old construction, but is currently rehabilitated and renovated.

The rural accommodation is for 12 people, fully rented for groups, and is structured over 3 floors.

The ground floor is distributed in living room, lounge, kitchen, toilet and interior patio.

The living room is divided into 2 areas, one where there is a dining table for 8 people, and another slightly smaller table. In the other area of the room there is a breakfast bar with stools, music system and refrigerator.

In the living room the main thing is the fireplace. Around it there is a sofa and an armchair, which are also in front of the television.

The kitchen is furnished with a dining table, pantry and cabinets. It also has appliances such as a refrigerator and freezer, oven, etc. and appliances such as microwaves, etc. Crockery and kitchenware are included.

The patio is interior, and can be accessed through the kitchen. The barbecue is located on one of the walls, which has a countertop and sink. It is decorated with pots and vessels, reminiscent of typical Andalusian patios.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed on the second and third floors, of which there are 6 of each.

All rooms are double, with a double bed, and are furnished with a built-in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, and bedside lamp.

The 6 bathrooms are private, that is, each room has its own. All of them are complete, with a shower tray and screen.

The rural house is located in Torremanzanas, 42km from Alicante.
