All kitchen utensils and household items are stored in its wooden drawers and cabinets.
- The dining room is just a few steps from the kitchen and is composed of a wooden table surrounded by several chairs and a bench. In addition, it has a shelf that holds all the tableware and cutlery necessary to supply all the guests who sit around the table.
- The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms in the house. It is made up of a pair of yellow sofas located one in front of the other, leaving space in the middle for a small table. Next to them, a fireplace takes center stage in the cold seasons of the year. In addition, there is a furniture in charge of holding the television, music system and library.
- 4 double bedrooms, with their corresponding bathroom, two of them have a double bed while the rest have 2 beds for individual use l inside with the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds. These are spacious rooms where the decoration has been made to the maximum with rustic elements and complete furniture in which the wardrobes stand out.
- 4 full bathrooms s plus a toilet on the ground floor, offer complete equipment and consist of shower trays with glass screens. In addition, basic body care products and towels are available to guests.

My name is Jesús Fernández and I am currently the owner of this complex located in Fuentes de Peñacorada, a beautiful town where I was born and raised as a child and where I currently go as often as I can.
Following the wise advice of my mother, I bought from Teodoro's heirs 22 years ago, the farm plus all the facilities of what I believe is the house with the best views in town. After many years of reforms and with great enthusiasm, I think I have achieved an idyllic corner for relaxation as a couple, with the family or with a group of friends.
Following the wise advice of my mother, I bought from Teodoro's heirs 22 years ago, the farm plus all the facilities of what I believe is the house with the best views in town. After many years of reforms and with great enthusiasm, I think I have achieved an idyllic corner for relaxation as a couple, with the family or with a group of friends.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
If there is something I have to highlight about my house, it is the location, it is oriented to the south and the sun gives it all day, from when it rises until it sets, the intimacy and tranquility that the patio offers you with those wonderful views of the Peñacorada mountain are unique.
The exterior facilities that I have so complete, swimming pool, dollhouse with its children's games for the little ones, covered parking for cars, complete barbecue, with its covered oven and grill, garden and patio.
Inside, I would highlight the quality of sleep with very comfortable beds and decoration in keeping with the place, creating a very warm atmosphere to share.

You can do many things: from taking a Roman route in the same town, to visiting the capital of León, the Cares route, or visiting the Castilla León Steel and Mining Museum.
Nearby are also the caves of Valporquero, Riaño, the San Isidro ski resort, monasteries in Gradefes, Sahagún and practice different sports (climbing in the same town, rafting on the Esla river, jet skis in Riaño etc). To eat, in any mountain town they will give you, among other things, some good potatoes with meat.
