The Rural Accommodations are 4 rural houses of different capacities, on a farm located in the Asturian parish of Logrezana, in the council of Carreño. It is characterized by being surrounded by a completely natural environment and very close to the beach of Perlora.

- Living-dining room: this part of the house has two rooms. On the one hand, a rest area with sofas, a small table and a television as a seating area. Next to it, a dining area with a large table and several chairs.
- Kitchen: communicates directly with the dining room of the house. It is a practical and complete space that incorporates basic kitchenware and appliances as well as others such as microwaves or dishwashers, to make the stay more comfortable.
- 3 bedrooms: all double, equipped with bedding and one of them conditioned for disabled access. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds.
- 2 bathrooms: all equipped with towels and toiletries, and both with shower tray.
