Casa El Rintxo

This rural house is located in Gollano, a small Navarrean village that is in the heart of the Améscoas valley, surrounded by forests and meadows.

It is a traditional building built in stone with a wooden interior structure, which is decorated in a rustic way with antique furniture restored to achieve a rural atmosphere.
With capacity for 8 people, this house is distributed as follows:

• 3 double rooms, 2 of them with double bed and the other with 4 single beds.

• 2 bathrooms shared by the 3 rooms.

• A living room that has sofas and armchairs to rest peacefully after a day of walking through the valley in front of the decorative fireplace while watching a movie on television.

• A kitchen completely equipped with everything necessary to be able to cook comfortably, such as your appliances and household items.

• A small garden furnished with outdoor tables and chairs where you can enjoy succulent barbecues.

In addition, the house is equipped with heating to regulate the temperature in winter and allows pets under consultation with the owners.

The house is located in a isolated place from the town, since you have to travel at least 2 kilometers to reach the nearest services and 5 to reach the nearest supermarket, but that provides a feeling of privacy that is difficult to find in a city.

Gollano is a Navarrese town of 36 inhabitants located that belongs to the municipality of Améscoa Baja located in the Améscoas valley. This valley is full of thick forests, wide meadows and high mountains and through it you can follow routes adapted to all tastes and difficulties. One of these routes is the one that leads to the source of the Urredera, a forest track that leaves Baqueda and follows the course of the river until it reaches the impressive source.

Another easy-level route is the Zudaire route, which takes a route through the town of the same name, which still preserves medieval buildings and the Sentinel Oak, declared a Natural Monument. Once outside the town, the path leads through a leafy oak grove that is in very good condition, tracing a circular route that leads back to the town.

This valley is also home to the Urbasa-Andía Natural Park, a natural space that extends over 21,408 hectares populated mainly by pastures and beech forests. The park is divided into 4 different areas: the Urbasa mountain range, the Andía mountain range, the Urederra source natural reserve and the Limitaciones de las Améscoas mountains.
