Casa El Molins de Xabia

Our rural house is an accommodation located on the Mediterranean coast of Alicante, in the municipality of Jávea. It has 1,400 m2 of land and a capacity for 6 people.

The façade of the building stands out for the native stone cladding on its walls and on the exterior floor.

We have a delimited and fully fenced property, where you can enjoy the native vegetation and the tranquility of this area. In addition, you can cool off in the swimming pool that the rural house has. The area of ​​lawn and fruit trees has an area of ​​600 m2. Both terraces, both the exterior and the covered one, are furnished.

Inside the house you will find the following rooms:

• A living-dining room. In the same open-plan room there are several different environments. For sunny and hot days you can sit in the living area since we have furnished it with several armchairs from where you can see the pool. For cold moments you can sit under the shelter of the fireplace on the sofas and armchairs next to it. When it's time to eat you can sit at the table in the dining area, or eat on the front terrace, under the awning. 

• A kitchen fully equipped and decorated with wooden furniture. From there you can access the outside terrace. We have furnished the kitchen with a built-in cupboard, which stores all the necessary utensils, as well as with different cabinets and drawers; and we have equipped it with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. The small household appliances that we put at your disposal are: toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, iron, microwave and iron with its corresponding board. There is a washing machine on the back porch. 

• We have 3 double rooms.  2 of them have a double bed while the other has 2 single beds. They are very spacious and bright thanks to the large windows and each one of them is decorated with a different color. 

• There is a bathroom and a toilet. The bathroom has a Roman shower and both are equipped with a first aid kit, hygiene products, hair dryer and bath linen.

You can come to our house with pets.

The House is located within theMontgó Park, where you can walk around seeing the classic vegetation of the area. Jávea also has numerous beaches where you can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a very quiet area, 2 kilometers from the town, so it is necessary to access it by car.  There is no public transportation in that area.

The house is surrounded by authentic Mediterranean landscape, with old terraces, aromatic bushes and the historical presence of thewindmillsthat give identity to the area.

It is an open and bright environment, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, the silence and the feeling of spaciousness that characterizes this sector of Montgó.
