The accommodation is located in the Avila municipality of Navarredonda, in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos.
Perfect for a family stay, as it has capacity for 7 people.
We take care of the details, which is why upon your arrival we will give you a warm welcome gesture. The house also makes bed linen, towels and kitchenware available to guests during their stay.
It consists of 3 double rooms, 2 of them with single beds and the largest one with a double bed and television. By notifying in advance it is possible to reserve a crib or extra bed for some of the rooms. Each bedroom is decorated in one color, and furnished with wooden seats, side tables and headboards.
The2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.
The hob-ceramic kitchen is separated from the living-dining room by an American bar built in stone. Cozy with its stone-clad wall and fireplace, it has a dining area with table and chairs and a seating area. Here you can watch television, access the Internet or choose one of the books from your collection while the little ones are entertained with board games.
The house has a garden that, located at the entrance of the house, welcomes our guests. However, there is another exterior paved patio, which is accessed from the living room.
Here there is a covered area, fully furnished, even with an umbrella, and a barbecue that you can enjoy in the eating area.
It should be noted that we accept your pet as long as it is well-trained. If it is more, from the second a supplement will have to be paid.

This project started from a key moment:
My parents, on their boyfriend trip they came to visit the area and loved, so they came every time they could stay in a hotel.
Finally, they decided to buy their own house, which today is a primitive uncle, restoring its structure and redecorating the interiors.
What was previously our holiday house, now is the rural house we offer you, so you can enjoy it too.
I am an architect, so I have closely followed this project, innovating and maintaining some of its original elements such as the stone wall that is currently in the living room and that mixes with the most modern furniture both inside and outside, where you can enjoy the huge garden, which is also perfect for the little ones in the house.
We hope that all our guests enjoy the house as much as we are like your own.
From our house many things stand out although, the best is the room, which is very broad and its decoration will make you feel like in your own home.
For winters it is perfect since, sitting around the chimney and enjoying the heat makes the experience even more pleasant.
For the rest of the year, we have on the porch a barbecue, next to which a space to eat and... dessert extends, a rich homemade sponge
As you can see, it is a perfect house at any time of the year.
In the surroundings you can do different activities, taking advantage of their natural landscape, the most intrepids have the perfect space here.
There are hiking routes of different levels of difficulty that you can also combine with activities such as mountaineering or horse riding.
In spring, the landscape is spectacular, with waterfalls created by the thaw and forests in flower.
In addition, there are natural bathrooms, for a good dip in summer and, in autumn, mycology is the most widespread activity since the terrain is perfect for the growth of mushrooms, mushrooms or crolts among others.
