Description of Casa de la tía Lola
Our rural house is located in the municipality of Polinyá de Júcar, in the province of Valencia
This rural accommodation has capacity for 8 people distributed throughout a floor of a building of modernist style located in the Plaza Mayor of the town.
It was restored in 2007 but retaining the original structure dating from the year 1904, respecting the set of other buildings around belonging to the Valencian bourgeoisie of the nineteenth century.

Outside there is a terrace where you can enjoy the time of the Mediterranean with spectacular views of the whole town or enjoy outdoor banquets. We have furnished it with a large garden table and several chairs.
To our country house you can come with animals.

- A kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances and items that will help you get your best recipes without problems. It is a very functional room in which you will not waste time looking for pans or pots since everything is perfectly placed.
- The bathroom is complete and of common use a all our guests although there is also a functional toilet con everything needed for day to day.
- The room also serves as dining room. It is the largest area of the house and the old restored furniture is mixed with the best modern furniture, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The combination between the brown stone floor with the stone walls creates a picture that is hard to forget. In the you can see the television, placed directly opposite, or relax with the books of the library. The dining table, just behind the sofas, has room for 8 diners.
- A total of 4 double rooms, of which 3 are of marriage and one of has 2 single beds. It is decorated with original furniture carefully restored. The rooms are exterior so the light is one more guest. In addition, 3 of them have an exit to a balcony.
