Our accommodation is within the province of Asturias, and specifically in the Parres area, which is a quiet village from which to visit llanes, which is very close.

It is a new accommodation, in which you will be able to enjoy the privacy you need to rest, and with some views of the outer green areas, which are wonderful.

As for its capacity, it has been thought to give accommodation to a maximum of 8 people, that will be able to rest among the stays that we detail below:

• a broad room and very bright in which the armchairs is located, upholstered in orange that look forward in which we have the wood chimney, and also the television, thus creating an ideal space to disconnect. Next, a small area to sit.

• a broad dining kitchen, which has an countertop under which are the cabinets that will guide the entire household items that can be needed. It is also a complete space in terms of appliances, and in the center you will be able to eat since the wooden table is located.

• 4 double bedrooms, where you are going to find in 2 of them a marriage bed, while in which they remain, there is a couple of twin beds in each of them. All have cabinets and even, in some rooms, a balcony.

• 3 complete bathrooms of which the first is found in the ground floor, while the second is on the upper floor, next to the bedrooms.

In the exterior, the house consists of:

• A porch at the entrance of the house in which to relax and enjoy the views of the gardens.

• A cenor that welcomes the barbecue, next to which the wooden table with banks is found.

• parking area.

It is a space where you will be able to enjoy the views, to know in depth the Llanes area, which is very close to this village.
