Our accommodations are located in theAsturian area of Ranón, an ideal location located very close to the beach that will allow you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
These are 3 apartments prepared to accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
Each apartment has:
- A perfectly equipped living room that is located in an open space illuminated by the light let in by the glass door that leads to the outside. To rest, we have placed several sofas preceded by an auxiliary table that directs the views towards the area where the television is, on a wooden piece of furniture. To eat, in the center, a wooden table with its set of chairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen that has cabinets above the counter and also below. In any of them you will find both the kitchenware as well as the dishes and the utensils necessary to cook as in your own home. It is worth highlighting the set of appliances, which will make your daily life much easier.
- A complete bathroom in which there are all kinds of utensils for your daily personal hygiene. The toilets are in perfect condition and there is a shower inside.
- 2 double bedrooms that are divided into one, with a large double bed decorated with a wooden frieze in the shape of a headboard and in the other bedroom, a pair of single beds located in the same way. For each of them we have enough bedding for each season as well as furniture elements that promote the functionality of this space.
Already on the outside and as a common use for all the guests of the complex, we have:
- A terrace equipped with furniture such as tables and chairs.
- A huge garden perfectly maintained where you can relax and enjoy the good weather and the views.
- A covered barbecue area that includes a wood oven as well, in a reserved place in the garden itself that has everything you need to have a good barbecue.

- A bathroom equipped with shower and the rest of toilets in perfect condition.
- 2 double bedrooms of which one is marriage y the second may have, or 2 single beds or nest bed from which you can extract the one below, making the most of the space.
As for the capacity, it is for 4 people, a pued e expand to 5, and has the following stays:

I am Rosa María although everyone calls me Rosi, hence the name of the accommodations.
I as the owner, and my family will try to make the stay of all our guests in the accommodations as much pleasure.
We will always be at your disposal for anything they need.
Our accommodations are located in Ranón, a small town of just sixty inhabitants that belong to the Council of Valdés one of the most extensive in Asturias. The accommodations were built in an old block of disused cattle and an ancient haystay where the dry grass was stored.
These are three houses with a total capacity of 12 people, located on the same closed farm, which is full of fruit trees and many other plants.
The town is very quiet and is located just 2 km from A-8 highway that connects all Asturias. You can enjoy both the sea and the mountain. The town has an extensive forest area where you can carry out several activities such as hiking, mountain bike, 4x4 and in times such as autumn the collection of chestnuts and mushrooms. Only 3 km is Cape Busto one of the entrees of land in the largest sea in Asturias.
The accommodation is only 8 km from Luarca (the Blanca Villa de la Costa Verde), one of the most beautiful seafood villas in Asturias.
A variety of beaches of different types such as the cave to only 3 km, the beach of silence, that of Cadaveda, the Barayo Natural Reserve... made the interior in the mountain... there are many hidden villages and several hiking routes such as the snacks of the esva river.
A short distance from the accommodation there are many tourist places such as Cudillero, Cabo Vidio, Cabo Busto, Puerto de Vega....

Our location, within the province of Asturias and more specifically in the town of Ranón, is a perfect destination to rest and delight in the views, in which every corner is flooded with nature.
Everywhere you look there are green areas whose end point is the cliffs that offer a perfect panoramic view of the beaches at the bottom, with white sand that coexists with the crystal clear water.
Furthermore, as we are a few kilometers from the central area of Luarca, you can get around without investing much time and visit an authentic place of fishermen, whose central point is the seaport, where the boats that draw a postcard from a story are moored.
Another point in favor of the area is the delicious gastronomy, where the undisputed king is the classic cachopo, which if you also accompany it with some cabrales potatoes, can be the perfect menu to fill your stomach after your tourist route.
