Casa de Aldea el Ferreirón

This rural house belongs to Salcedo, in the province of Asturias. It has capacity for up to 7 people and is a perfect house to go with your family, your friends or both. This home shares a property with other apartments. 

The house has 4 bedrooms: 2 of them have a double bed each, another of them has 2 single beds and the last one has a single bed. In addition, the house contains 2 bathrooms, one dyed salmon and another that combines blue and white.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has the necessary appliances to enjoy a pleasant stay. It is decorated with dark colors that give it a rustic touch. 

The living room has a dining table, as well as some sofas that surround the television, where you will watch your favorite programs and series. 

Outside, the property, which is shared with other accommodations, has numerous common areas that will make your stay even more enjoyable:

• Barbecue, where you can have a fantastic barbecue and enjoy it on the corresponding garden furniture. 

• Garden and a large patio where you can enjoy the outdoors. The little ones will have plenty of space to play and run around. 

• Parking area so you don't have to worry about where to park your car or motorcycle. 

The rural house is located in Salcedo, which corresponds to the autonomous community of Asturias. It is just 5 minutes from the Asturian beach, in one of the most privileged areas of Spain. 

We recommend that you visit and take a refreshing swim on the beaches of Arnao and Penarronda. The latter is very popular in Asturias and throughout Spain. You are very close to the Ría del Eo, an estuary that will offer you beautiful landscapes. 

On the other hand, we advise you to visit Cabo Busto, Taramundi or los Oscos, 10 minutes from Cathedrals Beach.
