Llugarón III

Our rural house is in the Asturian council of Villaviciosa, concretely in a very small village, Llugarón.

We have a rural complex, within the village, with several houses and dwellings different from each other. Therefore, any guest is welcome, because we sure have what you need.

It is a construction of 2 floors, the top has attic, which increases its charm. It has been deeply renovated, but still has the stones of the facade, combining with smooth walls in beige. In contrast, the windows are painted in dark tones.

This house is for 6 people at the most, but its capacity may vary depending on the extra beds they need. In principle, we have 2 bedrooms and in both you can place an additional bed:

• A double room, with a large bed and attic roof. Floral prints are appreciated combining with wooden furniture.

• A double room, where you have 2 single beds. Following the same line, there are also flowers in bedspread and curtains and wood, both in the ceiling and in the headboard and tables.

In each bedroom there is a bathroom, but, as there are 2 floors, on the ground floor we have another toilet to make it more comfortable for our guests.

The room is really nice, it has the stone front wall, where is the fireplace, covered with the same material. The furniture is rustic but very well restored and the sofas have been chosen with great pleasure, as well as the large carpet.

The kitchen is in another room and is very spacious. The furniture is new and has a lot of light. There is a breakfast bar with stools, but what is most striking is the oven. It is old style, iron and with golden details and brings a lot of personality to the room.

This house has a garden area only for these guests. Here is a part with lawn and a picnic table. There is also a stone barbecue. There is a hut stone, which is dedicated to laundry room, own for this house.

Afterwards, there are other community services for the entire complex:

• Wooden table and benches, next to that of ping-pong.

• Swings y slide for children.

• Parking for the guests.

• Internet access with WiFi throughout the land.

In addition, you can visit the exhibition that we have placed in the old hórreo after restoring it or see the llagar, where we elaborate handmade cider.

Our village is on a mountain, on one of the valley hills of Miravalles. This orography makes the landscape from all our houses beautiful. In addition, we are very near the sea, and being somewhat elevated, it is also seen from our complex. Without a doubt, it is a place that conquers from the first moment.

The area where we are located is the Sierra del Sueve, which is a beech forest, but we also have many apple trees. In addition, Villaviciosa pilla very close, about 4 kilometers nothing more. There you have everything, apart from beautiful monuments, such as the church of Our Lady of the Annunciation, or fantastic beaches.

The village of Llugarón is very beautiful, although it has few buildings. But, despite being a somewhat isolated population, we are about 30 kilometers from Gijón and, a little further, Oviedo.
