Casa de Afora

This rural house is in Santiago de Compostela, one of the best known areas of the Galician province of a Coruña in which to enjoy the essence of the area, and of course, of its natural landscapes.

The house is divided into several plants, which are occupied by the different rooms that will make the 2 adults and the 2 children for whom it has been thought, enjoy and rest.

The Ground Floor has:

• A complete cuisine in which you will feel at home, and where in addition to the dishes and the coverage, you will have appliances and remover lin
• A dining room zone in which on the one hand are the armchairs that receive the heat of the firewood fireplace, and on the other, the dining room is organized, with a wooden table and chairs to enjoy family evening. From its glass door you access the terrace.

The upper floor is distributed in:

• A wide bedroom in which we have the marriage bed, in a abundant wooden roof space, very bright thanks to its window. In the same space is the double bed sofa, which will be the perfect place for the 2 children.
• A bathroom private in which the shower is located, and the towels.

Already in the external areas, the house offers:

• A wide terrace overlooking the mountain in which you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the table.
• In addition and if you are looking to refresh yourself, you can relax in the private pool and jacuzzi.

This rural house has a location that allows a variety of activities to spend an excellent family or friends.

• Monastery of St. Pelayo de Antealtares: founded in the ix century by Alfonso II and 12 Benedictine monks to worship the sepulcher of the apostle Santiago.
• Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela: This former mausoleum of the 1st century was the place where the remains of the apostle Santiago was buried. After the appearance of the apostle to a local, visits to the church began to increase until after several extensions it has become the goal of a pilgrimage worldwide known "The Camino de Santiago".
• Palacio de Rajoy: Building sent to build by Archbishop Raxoi in 1766 to be the home of Children of the Choir and seminar. It is currently the headquarters of the town hall, as well as other agencies of the Government of the Xunta de Galicia.
