This rural house lifts its walls in the municipality of Mondoñedo, a municipality belonging to the province of Lugo and which is located just a few kilometers from the coast.

- The living room is one of the most welcoming rooms of the house. It is commonly used and consists of several sofas and armchairs arranged in front of a television and fireplace, responsible for heating the stay in the cold seasons of the year. Next to the living room there is a relaxation area composed of a library where guests can relax while they enter the reading.
- 10 double bedrooms composed of double beds and single beds, adapting to the preferences of each tenant at bedtime.
